Orders are shipped via reliable carriers with tracking whenever possible.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • US: 2-5 business days

  • Canada: 5-10 business days

  • International: 7-21 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

PACKAGING
Original paintings and prints are packaged with great care using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Because artworks are unique and often made or prepared specifically for each collector, all sales are generally final.

However, your satisfaction is important.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging

A replacement or refund will be arranged depending on the situation.

LOST PACKAGES
If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES

At this time, exchanges are not offered.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be in preparation or shipment and cannot be cancelled.
